How to report abuse

All communication is done via e-mail on law-enforcement-only@NameWeb.biz. Please make sure to provide us with a working e-mail address so that we can reach out to you in case we need extra information to process your complaint.

Once your complaint is received, it will receive a tracking ID in our ticket-system and our team will review your case and take appropriate action. The following is considered abuse:

  • Spam and phishing
  • Other action which is unmistakably illegal

If the action we would need to take to stop the abuse would be disproportional, then we'll forward your complaint to our client.
We can not be a judge or content-police. If the reported abuse doesn't fall in the above categories, then you should direct your complaint to the appropriate authorities.

We keep records of all abuse complaints for a period of at least 2 years.
